When you visit Pet Stop you will find friendly welcoming advisors to help you chose the pet care products for your pet. There are no big supermarket brands here. We focus on seeking out a huge range of value for money pet products (over 6,500) to offer you an extensive choice that’s right for your pets.You and your pets are at the core of our business. We are here to help in any way we can from advice on treats, dental care, what harness to buy – just ask us. For us it’s not a good day if we haven’t been on the floor cuddling at least one dog.
All of our staff have a real passion for animals and have over 25 years combined experience in pet care.
Our friendly, honest advice is simply what we are about. We’re here to listen to what you and your pet needs and then we can guide you and what products will be suitable. If we think your dog will destroy an expensive bed, we will advise you on a cheaper option.

MEET THE TEAM
Paula, the owner has over 15 years in Pet retail. She has a Distinction in City & Guilds Pet Store Management and OATA aquatics qualifications. She is also a trained microchipper and a companion animal SQP, meaning Paula can sell you products such as Drontal and Panacur which require a prescription. Her cheeky cocker spaniel Wilson can often be found in store too.
Kim, has over 10 years experience. She has a First Diploma and a National Diploma in Animal Management and is usually the one found on the floor giving out cuddles. Kim has an Australian cattle dog called Ozzy.
Gemma also recently joined us with an HND in animal management and is training to be a groomer. If you have any questions about brushes, shampoos etc then she is your lady. She has a husky called Tug.
Working alongside us, we have a number of other friendly staff members.
