Harness Fittings
Our pet shop and harness fitting centre is based in Market Deeping, Peterborough.
We have one of the largest selection of harnesses in our area, with a wide selection of brands for all breeds and sizes.
We offer a free fitting service in a dedicated harness fitting area. We do recommend booking a fitting in our busiest times on Fridays and the Weekend.
We also provide harness fittings for nervous dogs and we can offer these in the pet shop’s car park or arrange a fitting time with you. We care about getting the right harness for your dog.
About Our Pet Shop
We are incredibly proud to be an award winning, independent family run pet shop based in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire (north of Peterborough and just seven miles east of Stamford), opened since 2017.
The whole team are really passionate about pets and have over 25 years of combined experience in pet care.
We’re not just a pet shop, we’re a pet family. For us it’s not a good day if we haven’t been on the floor cuddling at least one dog!

Thinking about getting a new pet?
A new pet is hugely exciting, and also a big responsibility.
We have everything in our pet shop that you will need to welcome him or her into your home. From food, bedding, grooming products, treats, bowls, collars, leads and pet accessories.
Make sure you don’t forget anything, visit us in-store and we can help you select the items right for your new pet. We’re located in Market Deeping, just north of Peterborough and east of Stamford.

What days and times is the Pet Shop open?
The Pet Shop is open 7 days a week. 9.15am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. You can also shop online 24 hours a day and use the click and collect service.
Can I bring my pet into the shop?
We love to see your pets! We welcome dogs in the store for cuddles and treats. We do, however, ask owners to consider whether their dogs will enjoy the experience. If your dog is quite anxious, mid-week is much quieter.
If your dog is reactive to other dogs and you would like to bring them in for a fitting, we can arrange for the shop to be open out of hours to make the experience more enjoyable for them. If you have any concerns at all, then give us a call and one of our friendly team members will be able to advise you further.
Do you sell live animals in your shop?
We don’t sell pets in shop – but we do have live insects such as crickets for our reptile friends.
Do you sell raw food?
Yes! In fact, we stock one of the largest ranges of raw food in the area in our dedicated raw food room. Full of freezers and all your favourite raw food brands, plus local suppliers too. Whether you’re after a complete raw meal, mince, or frozen raw treats like marrow bones and chicken wings, we’re fully stocked for all your raw food needs.
Where in Peterborough are you?
Our Pet Shop is north of Peterborough in Market Deeping. From the town centre, head north on the A15, past Brotherhoods, turn left at the Glinton roundabout, and follow the signs for Market Deeping.
How far from Stamford are you?
We are just 8 miles (18 minutes drive) from Stamford. Head east on the A1175, through Tallington and over the train track, and follow the signs at the next roundabout for Market Deeping.
Can I order online and collect in store?
You can! Our stock on the website is up to date, so order anytime of the day and then pop into the shop to collect when you’re ready. This is a super popular service with many of our customers.
Are you the biggest pet shop in the area?
We like to think we are! We have a raw food room to rival most pet shops, and we also stock a wider range of harnesses, collars, and leads than any other local shop. We stock all the popular brands, including those you may not find elsewhere. We stay on top of the latest trends and stock all the new and upcoming brands. It’s fair to say we have a bit of a shopping obsession, and our customers love us for it, as they’re always discovering new food, treats, and accessories their pets love. Come and see for yourself!

Do you fit harnesses in the shop?
We do! We have a huge range to suit every size and type of dog in an array of styles. We’ll fit the harness to your dog so it’s safe and advise on the best type to suit your dog’s frame and hobbies. You can call us and book a time and day for your fitting in the shop (this is useful as it can get busy), or just turn up and we’ll help.
