Online Shopping

Currently the website is does not offer online shopping. The Online Shop holds all our current products and ranges for you to browse. To purchase products please visit us at our shop: 10 Peakcock Square, Blenheim Way, Northfields Industrial Estate, Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, PE6 8LW.

Returns & Faulty Goods

We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from us. However if you change your mind you can return the product with your proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

After 30 days you will be eligible for an exchange or credit note only.

Unless a product is faulty it must be returned in as new condition with all the packaging.

If you are unable to find your receipt and you used your Loyalty Card with your purchase, we can search for your transaction in your Loyalty account for up to 90 days after your purchase. We can then offer you a refund without needing your receipt.

If you’ve changed your mind about your product, can’t find your receipt and didn’t use your Loyalty card with your purchase, we may offer to exchange the product for another product of the same value, or issue a credit note. This will be at the discretion of the Store Manager.

If the product is now on sale and you do not have proof of purchase your exchange or credit note will be for the current sale value.

If you wish to return an item after 30 days we will offer an exchange or credit note provided proof of purchase is shown.

After 90 days no returns will be accepted unless the item is faulty.

This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
