Pet Stop was nominated and selected as one of the top six Finalists across the UK back in September, and the team have been waiting patiently for this event.

Located on the Northfield Industrial Estate, the business was set up by owner Paula Machin in May 2017. The vision for the business to provide pet care essentials and stock brands not found on the supermarket shelves.

The business has gone from strength to strength and attracts local customers and as far as Leicester and Rutland. Pet Stop has a wide range of pet products including raw food, dry food to beds and they have one of the largest ranges of harnesses in the area with experienced staff to offer free fitting.

On their win Paula owner of Pet Stop commented: “I’m absolutely over the moon, and very proud of the team. As a business we have tried our best to be innovative sourcing different stock, to last year launching the loyalty card, a new website and refreshed brand. This year we’ve had a shop refit to open up more space too. Most recently we have launched a series of dog walks in partnership with a local magazine to inspire our dog owners with new local walks. It’s so important to us to keep fresh so our customers and their pets love coming back to see us.”

Paula commented on next year’s plans: “Next year we plan to bring more exciting ways to shop with us.”
